DX Alp AC Controller Structure
The units required for DX air control units are assembled based on the requirements specific to your project.
The structure of the Alp DX air conditioner controllers is manufactured using aluminum oxide sheets, and other similar elements. The cell panels are 42 mm thick and the outer wall is electrostatic coated powder and the inner wall is made of galvanized sheet.
The modern design of Alp DX air conditioner controllers is of high density rock wool with a thickness of 70 kg / cubic meter which makes it high performance and energy efficient, and also provides a dynamic and static balance, working silently, so this efficient system is an essential part of any centrally ventilated space. The doors are rigid and double-walled designed in such a way as to prevent friction with the frame. The legs of the structure are located under the cells with a thickness of 2 mm of galvanized sheet and a height of 180 mm of painted length. There are transport openings located on the legs of the structure in the form of cranes or forklifts.
During production, the mechanisms of automation of switches to provide the required pressure for Alp DX air conditioning controllers are activated, in addition to NTC temperature sensors, freeze sensors and the like. The motor connection cables are located in the junction box outside the cell. The automation equipment is collected and inspected in the panel on the machine and delivered after calibration and testing.
Cell binding elements are made of aluminum alloy. YumReinforced materials were used during the manufacture of cell bonding devices with the outside.
Light bulbs and glass viewing ports are available for expulsion, ventilation and filtration stone. Thanks to these accessories, the closets can be controlled provided that they are not disabled.
Advantages of using a DX battery:
The DX battery, via a compressor motor, charges or cools the air taken from the air passing through the evaporator to the coolant, or cools it in a reverse way.
The outdoor VRF unit connects to a direct cooling battery that adapts to the air pass unit. When you do this, the coolant evaporates directly at the source to which the heat is transferred, i.e. in the AHU.
In the case of transfer using conventional refrigerants such as a water chiller or hot water boiler, heat is first transferred to the water and then heat is transferred into the AHU by pipes and pumps.
Using a DX battery, AHU adapts the space without the need for conventional cooling kits using the heat pumping feature.
Alp DX air conditioning units use minimal power and operate with high efficiency. They are designed to reduce air leakage and heat bridges to the lowest degree. Alp DX air conditioning units use a special shock absorption system to reduce the dynamic force caused by vibrations.
